PREAMBLE
These General Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Stellar Blue Ltd (“the Publisher” or “Moris Insider”) and any individual making a purchase (the “Customer”). Placing an order on morisinsider.com implies full acceptance of these Terms, which the Customer confirms having read before completing the purchase.

ARTICLE 2 — DEFINITIONS
Website: morisinsider.com and its mobile interfaces.
App: the Moris Insider web travel assistant (free and Premium versions).
Customer: an adult individual consumer.
Access key: the identifier sent after payment to unlock the Premium version.

ARTICLE 3 — PURPOSE
Moris Insider provides a digital travel assistant and interactive mapping to optimise a stay in Mauritius (locally-verified spots, marine weather, itineraries, AI concierge), built on the expertise of expats.

ARTICLE 4 — PLANS AND DESCRIPTION
4.1 Free version: free, limited access (about 40% of the spots, marine weather, planner, favourites, contacts). No guarantee of availability or continuous updates.
4.2 Premium — €24.90 incl. tax, one-time payment, lifetime access: unlocks all features — 200+ secret spots, interactive map, AI-generated day plan, full itinerary sent to Google Maps, AI concierge and smart filters.
Note: data (spots, weather, tides) is provided for guidance only; the Publisher cannot guarantee the accuracy of weather information or third-party-dependent items.

ARTICLE 5 — PRICES
Prices shown in euros (€), tax included. No EU VAT applies (Mauritian company). Indicative rate: €1 ≈ 50 Rs (subject to change).

ARTICLE 6 — ORDERING
1) Select the Premium offer; 2) Enter your email; 3) Accept the Terms; 4) Secure payment; 5) Receive the confirmation email and access key.

ARTICLE 7 — PAYMENT
Full payment due at order (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), secured by Wix Payments / Stripe. The Publisher stores no card details.

ARTICLE 8 — DELIVERY AND ACCESS DURATION
Instant delivery by email upon payment confirmation. Premium access is granted for life (one-time payment), with no subscription or renewal.

ARTICLE 9 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As digital content supplied immediately, the Customer requests instant access and expressly waives the right of withdrawal. No refund after the key is issued, except for a major technical fault unresolved within 48 hours.

ARTICLE 10 — LIABILITY
Personal use: sharing the access key is prohibited. Safety: the Customer is solely responsible for their safety during water or outdoor activities and travel. Limitation: the Publisher's liability is capped at the amount paid by the Customer.

ARTICLE 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements (texts, logos, “Moris Insider” mapping) are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use will be prosecuted.

ARTICLE 12 — PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
Although based in Mauritius, the Publisher complies with GDPR principles and the Mauritian Data Protection Act 2017. The Customer has the right to access, rectify and erase their data via map.moris.insider@gmail.com (see the Privacy page).

ARTICLE 13 — DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Mauritian law. An amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the courts of Port-Louis have jurisdiction. EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
