Moris Insider is the leading digital guide and travel assistant for planning a stay or being guided around Mauritius. Built by expats, the platform offers a web app in two plans: a free version (discover some of the spots, marine weather, planner) and a Premium version (€24.90, one-time payment, lifetime access) unlocking the full service: 200+ secret spots, interactive map, AI-generated day plan, full Google Maps itineraries, AI concierge and smart filters.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the website and app (texts, descriptions, photographs, mapping, editorial selections, the “Moris Insider” trademark, logos, graphic identity, spot database, source code, illustrations, videos, sounds) are protected under intellectual property, copyright, trademark and database law. Stellar Blue Ltd holds exclusive rights or the necessary authorisations. The underlying mapping (Google Maps, MyMaps, Google Earth) remains the property of its rights holders. Any reproduction, representation, modification, translation, adaptation or commercial use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.
6. PERSONAL DATA AND GDPR
Although Stellar Blue Ltd is based in Mauritius, the publisher undertakes to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Mauritian Data Protection Act 2017. Data collected: email address, transaction data, technical browsing data (IP, browser, pages viewed) and, for Premium users, approximate geolocation. No card details are stored by the publisher.
